Over the years I have been self-discovering, looking for modalities to assist with my own healing and to make right my life, not for commercial or business building:  Reiki Master Ryoko Usui with Dona Bilangi, I have been practising for 30 years.  Certified to 'Master' in Self-Transformation and Linguistic Coaching with Edward Jones who was my mentor for 15 years.  I have been divining The Mayan Calendar, the Sacred Calendar - Long Count freestyle and with Zed Pavey, for 26 years.  Certified Tarot Reader with Brigit Esselmont Reading for 45 years, Certified Ho'oponopono Practitioner with Dr Hew Len and Dr Joe Vitalie practising for 10 years.  Along with other disciplines these modalities have assisted me and have become part of my life.  Communing with Nature, Meditation, Watercolour Art, Poetry, listening with the birds, Fire Making, Circle Creating, are interests that are keystone to my wellbeing.    I Channel with a voice I call 'Jaguarspirit', that speaks in rhyme'  and I participated in shamanic ceremony, dedicating my life to serve the Love and Light in 2000 as part of New Life Birthing in Glastonbury UK, it was here I was given the name Avalon, Priestess O The Light.

The most powerful and transformational action that I might take is speak truth into my life, I have noticed it doesn't win friends,  Truth does set you free and Truth breaks free, outside of the pattern and repeats. Truth Speaking and Truth Seeking is part and parcel of self-awakening.  It is essential to have a place to truth speak, especially in close personal relationships.

Other pursuits I have participated in hosting transformational and spiritual style broadcasts on Internet Radio, and facilitated many conversation rooms holding space, circle making, for Truth speaking and transforming energy.  For sometime, I have for most part kept solitary living life and integrating.
